All products distributed by MNB Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company are covered by warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies and regulations.
For repairs required after the warranty period has expired, MNB will continue to provide support at the lowest possible cost or, in certain cases, free of charge.
Free Warranty Coverage
Products are eligible for free warranty service if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is still within the applicable warranty period.
- The defect or malfunction is caused by a manufacturing fault.
- The product’s serial number and warranty seal remain intact and have not been altered, repaired, torn, erased, modified, or covered by any other label or seal.
- The serial number on the product matches the serial number stated on the warranty certificate.
- The customer presents the warranty certificate and the product invoice when requesting warranty service.
Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty
Free warranty service will not apply in the following circumstances:
- The product is no longer within the warranty period.
- The serial number or warranty seal on the product is damaged, missing, altered, or no longer intact.
- The warranty certificate is invalid due to incomplete information, erasures, modifications, or unauthorized alterations.
- The product is damaged due to natural disasters, accidents, or improper use, including but not limited to:
- Fire;
- Lightning strikes;
- Storms or floods;
- Failure to follow operating instructions;
- Use of an unsuitable power supply;
- Damage caused during transportation or impact;
- Stains, rust, or corrosion resulting from improper storage;
- Liquid spills;
- Insect infestation;
- Dust accumulation or similar external factors.
- The product shows signs of unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or tampering.
