Labelling machine rotary wet glue labelers are capable of production speeds from 1,000 to 30,000 bottles per hour with applications throughout the wine, beverage, food, chemical and household industries.   

The series of machines are the result of an innovative design that has allowed for a reduction of components of the labeling unit which has resulted in important advantages in terms of economy, ease-of-use, changeover time and maintenance. 

This series of machines are available with either the standard bottle platform motion by double profile cam in an oil bath or by programmable servo-platforms MP.

These labelers can be equipped with various optical and/or mechanical spotting systems for the automatic alignment of printed capsules, glass cartouches, side and bottom notch, silk screen prints or applied labels on a wide range of bottles and containers.

The series of wet glue labelers can be pre-disposed for future modular self-adhesive label applicator units to be inserted or removed depending upon production needs or installed directly on the wet glue stations than can be deactivated electrically.
