Filling line for mix product

Our Dosing Machines can dose large-sized mixed products and/or delicate, liquid and pasty products (including highly viscous ones, such as jams with fruit pieces, dressings, sauces, condiments, smooth creams and creams with suspended pieces, marmalades, mayonnaise, vegetable spreads, etc.) into containers of different shapes and sizes:

• Glass jars and bottles
• Cans, tin and/or aluminium cans
• Buckets, tubs, rigid plastic containers
• Envelopes and soft bags, tube

Technical features:

- 6.000 container/h (1.200 ml)

- 3.000 container/h (1.200 ml – 2.400 ml)

- 1.200 ontainer/h (2.500 ml – 5.000 ml)

- 2.000 – 3000 ontainer/h ( for small neck of container)

HYGIENE, SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

The machine complies with the conditions of the EEC Machine Directive. Made of stainless steel, simple and easy disassembly of the filling head, easy setting of the washing cycle permits perfect hygienic conditions.

FAST FORMAT CHANGE

Dosing unit’s height is vertically adjustable by means of electric motor. Fine volume is adjustable by means of electric motor independent for each filling head. Conveyor rails are with automatic centring by single control hand-wheel. Hourly output and dosing speed are adjustable by electronic frequency variator. Touch screen to save size recipes, rapid input of dosing parameters and washing cycles. Pressing key corresponding to the size, PLC loads parameters automatically adjusting: volume, height, conveyor speed, number of fillings, etc…Format change is therefore very fast and does not necessitate substitution of spare parts.
