Typical Components of a Filling Line

Laser coders or inkjet printers are integrated into the production line to print manufacturing dates, expiration dates, batch numbers, and other essential product information accurately and consistently.

The entire line is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with an intuitive HMI touchscreen, allowing operators to monitor production parameters and automatically stop the system if faults are detected.
