1. GAS-FILLED TYPE
The carbonated beverage production line operates with high filling efficiency, where air is separated during the filling process. It ensures high accuracy in filling levels. The machine can be used for both plastic or glass bottles. The filling stages are controlled by a PLC, managing all individual valves.
2. NON-GAS TYPE
The non-carbonated beverage filling line offers several advantages, such as: high filling speed, prevention of air ingress during the filling process, no need to change filling nozzles when switching bottle sizes for PET bottles, easy operation and maintenance, and electric level adjustment.

a) Filling Valve
The nozzle of the filling valve is adjustable, meaning it does not need to be replaced when changing bottle sizes.
The adjustment of the nozzle can be done manually or automatically.
The liquid is filled by following the edge of the bottle to avoid foam formation.
b) Dummy bottle
The false bottles are designed to facilitate the cleaning process. By connecting the false bottles to the water drainage pipes, they prevent water from overflowing onto the machine.
Upon request, the false bottles can be controlled automatically. They will automatically activate at the start of the cleaning process.
c) Bottle Lifting System
The bottle is lifted to the filling valve by the neck clamp. The lifting system operates using pneumatic power.
The bottle lifting system does not require any modifications when changing bottle sizes.
d) Product Storage Tank
The product storage tank is located at the center of the machine.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (upgradeable to AISI 316). The product storage tank can be cleaned from the inside.
