1. Small Scale Beer Filling Line (1000 – 3000 bottles/cans per hour)
The beer bottling line is designed to produce between 1,000 and 3,000 bottles per hour. It features a U-shaped configuration, with both the input and output of bottles on the same side, optimizing the use of factory space
Internal Bottle Washing and Cleaning Section
Empty glass bottles are securely held in place while a piston mechanism pushes and rotates them for continuous and alternating washing. The washing nozzles are inserted into the bottles to initiate the cleaning process, which is conveniently controlled via a touchscreen interface.
Filling Process
After washing, the bottles proceed to the filling section where they are filled under isobaric conditions using an Isobaric Counter-Pressure Filler. The bottles are elevated by vacuum pistons, and the filling process begins with a dual inert gas pumping system. The machine components are designed for easy maintenance and cleaning.
The isobaric tanks are equipped with cylinder rims made of stainless steel, and the filling valves located at the bottom of the tank facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance.
The filling system operates with a dual inert gas pumping mechanism and electronic vacuum filling valves, ensuring precise and efficient filling results.
PLC controls allow for adjustments based on different beer types at various temperatures.
The timing of inert gas pumping and filling can be adjusted to minimize foam without using water sprays, significantly reducing oxygen levels, which is crucial for preventing beer oxidation.
2. Large Scale Beer Filling Line (3000 – 50000 bottles/cans per hour)This line employs cutting-edge technology during the filling process to ensure absolute precision while operating at high speeds. The filling technology minimizes foam formation, ensuring high product quality post-filling.
Modern Beer Filling Technology
- Absolute precision in fill levels
- High-speed filling capabilities
- Minimal O2 absorption during filling
- Reduced CO2 loss
- Excellent performance with PET bottles
- High Speed and Quality in Filling Process
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology ensures precise operations even at high speeds while preventing foam formation to maintain product quality.
- Application for PET Bottles
The neck-holding filling method (patented by Melegari Manghi) allows for effective use with PET bottles. High speed, absolute precision, and minimal O2 absorption ensure product quality and extended shelf life.Technical Specifications
